This is dependent from investor to investor but typically you will only need to provide minimum documentation to obtain the loan. We do not verify income, but must verify assets and that you do not have an IRS lien that may encumber our investment purchase.
Our average closing is 10 – 14 business days. Each transaction is handled on a case by case scenario. If there is a special requirement, we may be able to accommodate you.

We will primarily review the security to the loan. The strength of the project is the main factor in the loan underwriting. We also review your ability to repay and your experience level. Nonetheless, we will lend to newbies.
